Cancellation and Refund Policy

At YDS (Your Dream Space), we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality bathroom and kitchen renovation services. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity regarding the conditions for requesting cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds. Please read the following policy carefully before making any reservations or payments.

 

1. Booking and Payment Terms

When you hire YDS (Your Dream Space) for a renovation service, a formal agreement is established between you (the client) and our company. To confirm your project, we require a non-refundable deposit.

 

This deposit serves as a commitment fee to secure your spot in our program, initiate planning, allocate resources, and begin the procurement of materials if necessary.

 

The complete payment structure is typically divided into three milestones:

 

  1. Initial Advance Payment (non-refundable)
  2. Mid-Project Payment (based on project progress)
  3. Final Payment (upon project completion)

Customized payment plans can be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

 

2. Cancellation by Client

If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the renovation project, the following cancellation terms will apply:

 

  1. Before Project Planning Begins
    If the cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of advance payment and project planning has not commenced, a partial refund (excluding processing and administrative costs) may be considered at YDS (Your Dream Space)’s discretion.
  2. After Planning Begins but Before Work Commences
    Once our team has initiated any planning, design, or material procurement, the deposit is nonrefundable. Depending on the stage of the project, additional charges may apply for any work already completed.
  3. After Work Has Commenced
    If renovation work is already underway, no refunds will be issued. In such cases, the client must pay for all services provided and materials ordered up to the time of cancellation.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support ID.

 

3. Cancellation by YDS (Your Dream Space)

YDS (Your Dream Space) reserves the right to cancel a project in exceptional circumstances, such as:

 

  1. Client misconduct or failure to adhere to payment schedules
  2. Unforeseen technical or logistical issues that prevent project execution
  3. Safety or legal concerns arising during site inspections

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a fair refund of any unused funds, excluding the non-refundable advance and charges for services already provided.

 

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

 

  1. The client qualifies based on the timeline and cancellation terms above
  2. No significant work or material procurement has commenced
  3. The refund is approved by the management after evaluating all terms

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10 to 15 business days via the original payment method.

 

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept refund requests based on changes in client preferences, budget constraints, or subjective dissatisfaction once work has begun. We encourage all clients to carefully review the proposed design, schedule, and materials before beginning the project.

 

6. Project Delays

While we strive to complete all renovation projects within the agreed timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, supplier delays, or site accessibility. Such delays do not justify cancellation or refunds unless mutually agreed upon.
