YDS (Your Dream Space) offers delivery services exclusively for products, materials, and accessories purchased as part of a renovation project contracted with us. We currently do not offer individual product shipments to customers outside of an ongoing renovation project.

 

Deliveries are made to locations within India, depending on the coverage of our logistics partners and service availability in the project area. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, our support team will be happy to assist you during your inquiry.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

 

Lead times vary depending on project scope, material availability, customization requirements, and project location. Generally:

 

  1. Standard Products: For products that are in stock and do not require customization, delivery is typically scheduled within 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation and payment.

  2. Customized Products: For custom items, such as modular kitchen accessories or custom bathroom fixtures, delivery may take 3 to 4 weeks, depending on production time and supplier specifications.

  3. Project-based Scheduling: Delivery is typically coordinated to fit the renovation schedule. Our project team ensures that deliveries are scheduled in phases to avoid storage issues and optimize facility efficiency.

All delivery dates are approximate and will be clearly communicated during the planning phase.

 

3. Shipping Charges

 

Shipping costs are typically included in the total project cost presented to the client. If there are exceptions or additional charges due to remote locations, special delivery requirements, or urgent requests, they will be communicated and agreed upon prior to final billing.

 

There are no hidden charges: any applicable shipping rates are transparently detailed in the quote or invoice.

 

4. Delivery Process and Tracking

 

Once an order is confirmed and scheduled for delivery:

 

  1. Our logistics team will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to coordinate your delivery time.

  2. Deliveries are made during regular business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Weekend or after-hours deliveries are available, subject to availability.

  3. If necessary, we provide real-time tracking or delivery status updates for high-value items through our logistics partners.

  4. All deliveries require a signature or acknowledgment of receipt upon receipt.

5. Inspection and Acceptance

 

Upon delivery, we request that you or an authorized representative be present to inspect the items. Please verify the following:
